Automazione Veneto acquires business unit of Tonoimpianti Srl
A new phase opens for Automazione Veneto thanks to the acquisition of the business branch of Tonoimpianti srl related to industrial plant engineering. Tonoimpianti srl is a historic company from Padua specializing in the design and construction of civil and industrial plants. Thanks to this acquisition, with the integration and diversification of its services, Automazione Veneto will be able to participate in higher-class and higher-value contracts, leveraging the know-how of both companies, easily integrated due to organizational similarities, and will also be able to secure additional contracts abroad, extending to other countries the branch formerly belonging to Tonoimpianti srl (still active in Libya).
