Have you witnessed unlawful behavior, a violation of a rule, or a possible infringement? Or do you think this might happen? Report it to the company! This guarantees confidentiality and protection.

The term “whistleblowing” refers to the practice of an individual, known as a “whistleblower” or “reporter,” disclosing confidential information or illegal, immoral, or unethical behavior within an organization or institution. Such disclosed information may concern unlawful activities, fraud, abuse, corruption, or other misconduct.

The whistleblower often acts with the intention of exposing the truth and protecting their integrity and the public interest.

 

Reporting through dedicated portal

Mailing through post office

Send a registered letter from the Post Office containing two envelopes:

Reporting via email

With some precautions, you can also use the email channel. The transfer from your mailbox to the company’s one is not encrypted; therefore, we recommend creating a dedicated Gmail account exclusively for reporting and sending the message to the following address: whistleblowing.odvav@gmail.com.

You can also use a PEC (Certified Email), by sending your message to: whistleblowing.odvav@pec.it. Your report will still be handled by the Company in a confidential and protected manner.
