Our teams of carpenters, certified welders, and specialized pipefitters handle the installation and repair of piping, operating in full compliance with European and international construction codes. We specialize in welding uncommon and technically advanced materials (A106 Gr. B, API 5L, A333, Alloy Steel P11, P91, P22, P92 and THOR, Austenitic Stainless Steel 304L, Stainless Steel 316L, also with heterogeneous procedures Stainless Steel – Alloy Steel) that require a dedicated Quality Control Plan (QCP), certified welding procedures (WPQR), and approved heat treatments (PWHT), also subject to inspections as required by D.M. 329 and PED regulations. With the same professionalism and care, we also carry out pipeline demolitions even with systems in operation.
Certifications
Automazione Veneto performs testing also with NB (Notified Body) and issues, for each completed system, a technical dossier containing all documentation: from the project drawing to the material certificates, from the procedures to the welders’ licenses, from the results of non-destructive testing to the test certificates, etc.
