Project Manager
Professional (also with VAT registration) who will take charge of the technical management of the various projects assigned by the client, overseeing all phases necessary for the overall completion of a construction site and/or a project related to technological systems or services (air, water, gas, etc.).
The role will need to constantly coordinate with the client, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, as well as with the timelines and quality standards set.
Knowledge of at least one foreign language, preferably English, is appreciated in order to facilitate communication with international stakeholders and the management of international technical documentation.
Site manager
Expert in operational management, capable of taking charge of the technical execution of the various projects requested by the client, aimed at the implementation of technological systems or services (air, water, gas, etc.).
The role will be responsible for overseeing operational activities, ensuring compliance with planned timelines, the correct application of technical procedures, and conformity with quality and safety standards.
Proficiency in the use of personal computers and the Office suite (Word, Excel) is required, as these tools are essential for drafting documents, progress reports, and managing project data.
Good organizational and coordination skills will be a fundamental requirement to ensure the proper execution of projects.
Carpenter
Builds and assembles wooden or metal structures strictly following the technical drawings and design specifications, ensuring strength, stability, and precision in every phase of the work.
Responsible for the preparation of materials, assembly of parts, and quality control of finishes, verifying that the final result complies with the required quality and safety standards.
Mechanic
Responsible for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, diagnosing any faults, and repairing machinery, ensuring correct operation, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
The role periodically checks the condition of the equipment, intervenes to prevent unexpected downtime, and helps maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
Welder
Performs welding operations on different types of metallic materials, applying the most suitable techniques based on project specifications and the characteristics of the materials used.
Ensures the creation of strong, safe, and durable joints, in full compliance with quality standards and current safety regulations.
Also responsible for the visual and instrumental inspection of completed welds, ensuring precision and compliance with technical drawings and required tolerances.
