Automazione Veneto Srl designs, manufactures, and installs custom-made light steel structures such as gates, railings, stairs, balustrades, handrails, and windows and doors of high quality standards, skillfully combining design with functionality.

Our company also produces window systems, curtain walls, roofing, and sheet metal false ceilings, offering solutions capable of effectively and efficiently meeting the needs of various business and production contexts, optimizing both energy and cost savings, also through state incentives for renovations.

HEAVY STEELWORK
Automazione Veneto Srl designs, manufactures, and installs heavy mechanical steel structures of any kind for the industrial and construction sectors: industrial sheds, roofing, mezzanines, canopies, walkways and footbridges, machine bases, and supporting structures in general. Upon Client’s request, these structures can be treated with hot-dip galvanizing in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461:2009 and/or painted with thermosetting powder coating at 200°C in a RAL color chosen by the site management.

All steel structures are manufactured through welding processes that comply with specific quality standards, in accordance with the directives of UNI EN ISO 3834:2012.

Depending on the type of work and/or at the Client’s request, welds may be subjected to special non-destructive testing to verify their quality and strength.

Our certified welders, qualified according to UNI EN 287:2011 and capable of performing specific procedures in compliance with UNI EN ISO 15614:2012, are also authorized to carry out on-site welding under particularly challenging conditions.
