Automazione Veneto is among the winners of the 2013 “Family Friendly Project” promoted by the Veneto Region
Automazione Veneto, in line with its ethical code, has chosen to commit to a project in support of its employees, by participating in the call through which the Veneto Region promotes and supports Work-Family balance policies.
Last February 22, the Project presentation was held in Camponogara, which was among the winners of the 2013 call.
Automazione Veneto has decided to support its employees through three different initiatives:
- Granting employees with dependent children an annual “family bonus”, intended to support expenses related to their children’s education and schooling.
- Providing female employees on maternity leave with connection tools (laptop and Internet access) to stay informed about the progress and developments at work during their leave, with the aim of making their return to the company and the related updates on the work status much smoother, easier, and ultimately less demanding.
- Offering all employees access to a tax assistance and processing desk.
