RSA – Camponogara (Venice)
Thanks to its technological systems design division, Automazione Veneto has built the systems for the Camponogara Retirement Home.
Automazione Veneto carried out all the thermo-mechanical systems (air conditioning, heating, plumbing/sanitary, fire prevention, irrigation system), electrical systems and indoor and outdoor lighting, power supply, electrical substation, smoke detection systems, emergency call management, all wiring and BMS IT systems, as well as the photovoltaic system.
The Residence accommodates non-self-sufficient elderly people and offers 150 accredited beds, half of which are in single rooms, as well as a Day Center authorized for 30 places where elderly residents take part in various recreational, cognitive stimulation, and care activities. The ground floor hosts the reception, bar, lounge and central restaurant, kitchen, administrative offices, a unit for self-sufficient elderly people, and the Day Center.
All areas dedicated to residents’ stay and recovery are equipped with air conditioning and natural lighting through large windows.
The facility also features a well-equipped garden, as well as furnished rooftop terraces.
The building was constructed using the best technologies in terms of energy saving and thermal insulation, environmentally friendly and eco-sustainable, and equipped with cutting-edge home automation for emergency call systems and monitoring of the various residential units.
